Waymade Healthcare, Basildon

A new office building, Waymade pharmaceuticals comprised a 314m Euroclad SF500 HPS200 coated double skin secret fix roofing system, bespoke galvanised after made insulated composite gutter.  Single skin parapet sheeting. Vertical cladding comprised 815m2AME Proteus 10 PVF2 metallic silver rain screen cladding on secondary adjustable grid system with integral Proteus 10 aluminium window and door frames fitted with blue tint double glazing.

Stanway School, Colchester

A new classroom building as part of Stanway school’s modernisation programme.  2100m of Kingspan KS1000RW composite panel roof system incorporating Velux roof lights and 21No Passivents roof vents. Membrane lined composite gutter.  Dales bullnose eaves fascia and soffit system.

Capital Enterprise Centre, Croydon

A new business development of 6 buildings, each split into several individual units for small businesses.  5100m2 of TAC double skin hair excel granite coated roof system incorporating double skin GRP roof lights, bespoke galvanised after made gutter and profiled soffit sheets.  3000m2 of vertical cladding comprising a combination of vertically fixed TAC double skin hair excel granite coated profiled cladding and horizontally laid TAC promfire rockwool core hair excel granite coated composite panels.

Co-op Store, Bungay

A new retail development with 2150m2 of Wards Topdeck 80, 80mm thick insulated panels with PVC single ply outer membrane with double sided plastisol coated eaves gutters.  950m2 Wards DW1000D horizontally laid HPS200 coated composite panels with feature columns also clad in same Wards panels.
