Belmont Roofing
has vast experience and expertise in the design, supply and
installation of a wide range of roofing systems.
Many of the
different systems we supply and fix such as Corus, Kingspan and
Wards to name but a few, manufacture their products with an
external finish in various colours and coatings. Some coatings
such as HPS200 now come with a manufacturers warranty of up to
30 years.
A brief
introduction to some of the roofing installations we provide are
shown below. However, if there is a specialist system you have
in mind for your building then please do not hesitate to
contact us to discuss
your requirements.
Composite
Roofing Solutions

These consist of
an outer profiled weather sheet available in many different
profiles and finishes with a white liner bonded together in the
factory with LBCM/FM foam core of varying thicknesses to provide
specified U-values all through fixed directly down to
steel structure. Suitable for applications down to a 4 degree
pitch.
Typical
Specifications:
0.4mm liner sheet
Foam core insulation (LPCB/FM)
0.5mm outer profiled skin (various coatings and colours)
Double Skin
Roofing Solutions

These consist of
a white profiled internal liner tray through fixed to purlins
with liner laps sealed or with a separate vapour barrier to provide a
vapour check. Galvanised steel secondary spacer system

0.4mm steel liner sheet
Vapour barrier (optional)
Mineral wool or fibreglass quilt insulation
Spacer system
Breather membrane (optional)

Low Pitch
Roofing Solutions

Installation is
generally the
same as for composite and double skin roofing
solutions except the outer weather sheets are designed so that
they are fixed to the structure using clips or a lock rolled
jointing system so that there is no through fixing of the panel
allowing the roof to be laid down to a minimum roof pitch of 2
deg.
Typical
Specifications
0.4mm/0.7mm liner panel
Vapour barrier (optional)
Quilt insulation or (HCFC free core insulation for low pitch
composite solution)
Spacer system ( N/A for low pitch composite solution)
