Kalzip

- Performance of the system was established by the unique 'zip' technology - standing seams closed and watertight but at the same time letting the roof 'breathe' quite naturally.  Performance has been further enhanced by the development of advanced fixing systems.  A non-penetrative, patented clip ensured smooth expansion and contraction, maximum security and stability whilst at the same time facilitating outstanding spanability under high wind loading.  Combined with Kalzip's pioneering on-site roll-forming capability this allows for continuous single sheet lengths in excess of 140 metres without end laps or fasteners.

Sarnafil Single Ply PVC Membrane

Sarnafil is a modern and very advanced fully bonded, glass reinforced, plasticised PVC flat roofing system with hot air welded lap joints.  Sarnafil membranes can be installed to flat or pitched roofs of practically any shape or configuration and are designed to withstand the rigours of the modern environment and to perform even in areas of standing water.  Sarnafil can be fixed in many different ways to suit the project design from fully adhered through to ballasted roofs including green roofs where a roof garden is required.

Wards Topdek

Wards Topdek is a single component, factory engineered roof system comprising of a high performance single ply PVC membrane with firesafe core insulation all bonded to a trapezoidal steel deck. Topdek provides fast build single fix installation with a unique helical self coring fastener with all the benefits of a single ply roofing system combined with the speed of installation and airtightnes properties of a composite panel roof system all rolled into one.

Plygene rubberised Gutterline System

Rubberised Plygene Gutterline System offers the permanent solution to leaking rainwater gutters. Without messy adhesives, without painting and patching Gutterline is the modern efficient and cost effective way to stop gutters leaking. Plygene Gutterline is supplied on a seamless roll to any size and is custom made for each project. The material will not crack or split and is unaffected by building movement.
