Along with roof
sheeting, Belmont Roofing can supply and install the whole
building envelope including vertical cladding. How the vertical
cladding and proprietary trims are designed and installed can
have an immense influence on the final appearance of the
building and we pride ourselves on our experience of being able
to provide what the client wants with careful installation and
attention to detail. We also ensure that all Belmont Roofing
details are designed to meet today's ever changing building
regulations. A brief introduction into some of the cladding
installations we provide are shown below. However if there is a
specialist system you have in mind for your building then please
do not hesitate to
contact us to
discuss your requirements.
Composite
Cladding Solutions

Can be fixed
both vertically and horizontally. Outer weather sheets are
available in many different profiles ie profiled, flat,
micro-ribbed in many different finishes with white internal
liner bonded together in the factory with LPCB/FM foam or
rockwool core of varying thicknesses to provide specified
'U-values'. All are through fixed directly through to the steel
structure. If a fire wall is required a rockwool core panel can
be used. Thicknesses relate to the fire rating that the panel
can achieve.
Typical
Specification
•
0.4mm liner sheet
• Foam core insulation (LPCB/FM or rockwool)
• 0.5mm outer profiled skin
Double Skin
Vertical Solutions

Can be fixed
both vertically and horizontally. White profiled internal liner
tray is through fixed to steel rails with laps sealed to provide
a vapour check. Galvanised steel secondary spacer system can be
fixed horizontally or vertically (to suit outer sheet
orientation) through the liner to steel structure. An
insulation quilt gives the required 'U-value'. Outer profiled
weather sheets are available in many different profiles and
finishes. A double skin cladding system can be used in a
firewall situation with a few modifications to the fixing
details, spacer system and quilt insulation.
Typical
Specification
•
0.4mm liner sheet. All laps sealed
• Quilt insulation
• Spacer system
• 0.55mm outer sheet |
